Hotel is nice but needs to train staff

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable .

The January 2 5 am shuttle bus driver rom the hotel to the airport was very rude and didnt want to lift my luggage into the shuttle. He yelled at me. I was very upset as I told him I have a back problem. He didnt care. He continued being rude and yelling at me even as I walked into the bus. The shuttle driver from January 1 at night from the airport to the hotel was a nicer man and lifted the luggage even though he was an older man. January 1 receptionist at night wasnt very pleasant either.

There were pills in the elevator. Early check in wasnt accommodated. My room wasnt ready by 4pm.

Good

They did not clean and disinfect the room right. I found fresh blood under the toilet seat. Short staff and no one answer the phone when you need help from the room.
