Staff very nice and helpful.

Nice soft bed and pillows. Has washers and dryers ( 2 ), available at cost. Oh, excellent hot water and water pressure in shower and sink. Sink too has a small water heater. Have never seen before in Thailand. Nice , can shave with decent warm water to shave- not have to use the kettle to fill sink with hot water for a nice shave.

Have stayed here before in a room facing the street side- Soi 88/1. Better view, much quieter. The rooms facing the other side - face the parking structure of Market Village- the ex big busy mall. Also, place needs a work over regarding painting the doors and rooms. And, could be a bit cleaner. Perhaps give the cleaning lady some help !! All rooms equipped for cooking- which I think opens up more hygiene issues.

Disappointing

Disappointing Stay in Small Poorly Designed Room With Small Bed

Newer property and fairly clean

Size of room was not what we were expecting, much, much smaller than stated. Poorly laid out room. Limited electric sockets. No light or nightstand on one side of the bed, it was pushed against the wall. Lack of horizontal surfaces to place items. Very small, undersized "queen" bed. Found ants in bathroom.

Smart comfortable apartments

Really nice apartment building equipped with good facilities and furnishing .staff low key but there if needed ,so just right.goid parking and easy walk to market village ,beach or road with Bht bus to town centre .we had the deluxe studio and it was great ,good movie channels as well

Pool is quite shaded ,so if your a sun lover it's not perfect ,but property plot hasn't a lot of room for ground pool,shame it wasn't roof pool

They upgraded our room to deluxe room.

Its not as nice as you see in the pictures and its at the back of the Market Villages parking lot so the cars are noisy. They dont have suncover curtains as well so the room gets so bright when the sun is out, already. I book a twin bedroom but they gave us one queenbed and the room is a bit old.
