Big rooms, clean, the breakfast

The 2 first nights were good. The last night we didnt slept for the night because people were screaming in the corridor from 10pm to 5 am. They were aggressive and wanted to fight with customers. We tried to manage the problem with them but it was impossible coz they wanted to fight. We asked the reception more than 3 times to do something but the only thing they said its : we already tried to talk to them but they dont listen. When it begin to be dangerous for the customers at 5 am, we asked to call the police but they didnt do anything. So if you have kids or you need help dont ask the hotel for help because they dont care about your safety even if you pay the high price for the night. We asked to see the manager but they didnt want. You cant walk to the town from the hotel you need a car/taxi.

Very pleasant (short) stay not too close to Patong beach (is a plus for me)

Breakfast selection - Very friendly staff - Clean room (family suite) - Spacious bathroom and shower - Very relaxable bed - 24/7 reception (I got a very smooth check out at 5am) - Free WiFi - Grate location (10-15 mins away) to (downtown) Patong beach (is a plus for me) - The hotel SPA is nice and well organized (I had 2 treatments) - I will visit again on my next trip to explore more (for vacation this time).

A little bit of noice (cars & motors) from the main road (at night).

Friendly and caring staff. Nice facilities, pool and restaurant. Delicious breakfasts.

We changed rooms twice at the arrival as the pool access room was really bad smelling. Maybe the effect of rainy days and no ventilation, but hotel staff was helpful with the change to the different room, however there was no money return when we changed for a lower standard room.

The bed hurt me and my partner back Not a lot of choice in the breakfast No bathrobe Very bad view Only 3/6 mini bar refill during the stay Room was ok but not worth the price we paid In general this hotel doesnt feel like a 5 star but more like a 4 star. I was expecting better
