Nice hotel but not that accessible. Location is far from Patong Beach and limited transpo options.

The place is very far from Patong Beach. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel but it is not that frequent. And the driver hardly speaks english. so you will really have to pay exorbitant amount for the transporation.

Fantastic room with direct access to the pool, very large bathroom with a huge shower. Position is great, very relaxing and the bed is very very comfortable, you really sleep good!

Breakfast should be improved, there are always the same thing, after a week you get bored. Also the timing starting at 8.00 is too late

Secluded and decent breakfast

I had to pay 1,500baht for pillow case and gown and towel as I have red braided hair that when I got wet ran onto it . Im not sure which person is its dyed hair thinks about this when they go to accomodations ??I was at a 5 star resort previous to this accomodation With no problem .

Spacious room with amazing views and exceptional staff

Our room was incredible with great views overlooking Patong. Very clean and all necessary amenities provided, room service, and even daily van drop off into the city making it super convenient to get to where you need during the day. A buffet breakfast was provided with a delicious variety of foods. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

No negatives from us during our stay, all was wonderful!

Lovely spacious and comfortable room with a glimpse of the sea.

Lots of little things. WiFi was very poor. No coffee in room when we arrived. No towels for pool or beach. Breakfast plates of cold food were often empty. Asking for a deposit looks cheap.

Breathtaking views and great experience

breathtaking views in the rooms facing the sea and mountains, very spacious, modern, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast including fruits, freshly made eggs, croissants and more.

everything was fine, no particular concerns. it's a little far, so always need to get transport but this was clear and expected at the point of booking.

Tastefully furnished Great facilities in room Room service Extremely clean Comfortable bed Lovely staff

Loved it all May not suit someone with mobility issues as it up quite a steep hill but there are plenty of taxis at start of hill that only charge couple pounds
