Convenient for our situation.

The price...... although you get what you pay for fits here. At least it was clean. The bed was a bit hard, overall the room was cold however the heater blew right down on our faces. And hot water?? We barely made it to tepid.

The breakfast was nothing speciel, but it was Good and with different choices. For one night stay this place is a good choice, and its not too expensive. The staff was nice and talkative.

I think for more than one night I wouldnt stay here.

No coffee machine in room. Very thin walls. Mold around bath tub.

Weekend road trip

Great location, 14 min to the coast of Kennebunk. Staff allowed a last minute late checkout. Close to dog park, 20 min south of Biddeford that has local shopping.
