We loved it and will book again when we come back and we are there is too much to see and explore.

The desk staff greeted you every time they saw you and made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and everything was a pleasure.

The gym had no disinfectant spray so we could clean for the next person to hop on the equipment. Gym was small so it would have been nice to have equipment clean for next person like a gym in the US.

Proper 4 star hotel with great location

The breakfast was delicious, big diverse buffet with the option to order custom meals such as spinach omelets etc. The room we got was bigger than the standard ones and was perfect, very clean and spacious. And the location is top notch. Will definitely be coming back.

The spa facilities are a bit limited with only a pool and a sauna but for a short stay, it was enough for us.

Loved it!

Everything was wonderful, and we would easily make this our go to hotel for our trips to Lisbon. We were especially charmed by the wonderful service and friendliness of the staff, especially Yasoja and Fernando. They made us and my parents feel so very welcomed and looked after. We also had a great time at the restaurant on-site.

The only thing that felt a bit off is that the bathroom in one of the rooms was carpeted, and that feels a bit weird.

A true gem

What you pay is what you get. No disappointment here. Everything was correct and as expected. Breakfast was very diverse, with plenty of options. Though, more egg options would be preferable. The view from the fifth floor is nice and always perfect to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beds were one of the most comfortable you can find in a 4 star hotel. Excellent for my back. Cleaning services were very good. Nice amenities in the bathroom and great slippers if you want to go to the Spa. Excellent location if you want the true spirit of Lisbon, not the mainstream one. The air con worked well and we had plenty of heat in the room, even if it was end of November.

Parking is excellent and affordable, but you should be an experienced driver if you want to use it, as it is quite narrow. Maybe an extended program for the Bar, which closes at 00:00. Even so, the staff was understanding and flexible. The hotel is on a very narrow street, so no space for waiting if you order a taxi, Uber, Bolt.
