Overall it was a very good stay! Beatriz, the complementary umbrellas were nice! Good location

The young lady Beatriz was really great! Found her to be personable, warm and welcoming. She provided great day trip tours. I did not have the converter to charge my I-Phone as Portugal uses a different converter. She offered her charger since the INAC store was closed on NYD. She was really great!

The breakfast was not included. Considering I paid over $450 for a (3) night stay off season I think they could have included it. I was charged $14. I was offered a voucher for 10 percent off food at hotel. So when I was charged $14 for breakfast I said can I use the voucher the gentleman working the front desk replied the voucher was only good for lunch and dinner? That didnt make sense and thats my negative feedback on this stay.

I would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, shower and toiletries were good. In the room there was a pastel de nata and a small ginjinha as a welcome which was very nice. Also, they gave us a room upgrade and left a lovely note with a complimentary drink and fruits since it was our honeymoon. The balcony had a lovely view. The location is excellent, very easy to reach points of interest by walk, metro, bus or Uber.

Perfect location with lovely helpful staff

The staff were to helpful and responsive to my requests for restaurant recommendations and bookings and other local information. Location was perfect and in the best part of Lisbon. Rooms very comfortable

WC in lobby needs more attention by the cleaning crew, plumbing is a little bit quirky and noisy

Great choice

Really good breakfast. Very walkable area. Nice staff. If no rental car, ask staff to arrange for Sarah to transport you to/from airport or train station.
