It was good , and in a good central location.

Well, i knew from reviews, but after night is very loud if your room faces the plaza below, where street performers playing the SAME song for 6 days. Until late at night, but i guess it could be ambient noise

Great stay overall. Thank you.

I love the location of this hotel as its very centralized. The hotel itself is lovely and intimate which I like. Breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled eggsit was on the wet side and tastynot dry and bland. The rest of the items were also very good.

Nothing negative except that my Louis Vuitton wallet containing important document went missing after the one day I decided to have the room cleaned. I left it in my LV tote and never brought it with me when I ventured out. Im still hoping that Ill find it in my suitcase, but its unlikely.

Excellent service, but the rooms are relatively small, especially the narrow space between the shower and toilet. The decor has a hint of a jokingly referred 'prison aesthetic.' However, the hotel boasts a prime location, situated near the main road and offering convenient access to various public transportation options.

- Bed wasnt comfortable - Small safe - You have to pick a specific breakfast hour between 8-11 AM - Area can be noisy if youre a light sleeper

It was just amazing!

The location is excellent, all the metro lines are reachable in 2-10 minutes. Also the Rossio train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, beautiful and clean. The breakfast was divers and of good taste. If we come back to Lisbon, we will stay again here.

Loved everything about this hotel!

Even though it is rated a 4-star property the amazing staff and small touches made it a 5-star experience that exceeded expectations! The warm welcome, delicious chocolates, complimentary bottle of port and a hand written note set the tone for our stay. Staff do their best to accommodate any requests to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel backs on to Rua Augusta which is a pedestrian only street with lots of shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Close to Rossio Square and Commerce Square.

Breakfast the best ever. Wonderfully cheerful sincere staff. Cool room with archaeological site visible through glass wall underground - amazing.

Next time when we visit the Websummit we will book here again!!

Breakfast was great!! The first hotel ever that prepared me a custom fruitsalad in the morning without even asking for it.

There was a sort of generator outside of our hotelroom that produced quite some heat, so although we were there in November we could not sleep without the airco on (since opening the window had 0 effect).
