Good hotel, Nice place, the Staffs, Great view but my personal opinion on F&B side - food & event arrangement, t

The location, the enviroment & the staffs

Im unhappy with the F&B or event organizer which they are not organized the new year event smoothly for the in-house guests. The F&B staffs ask me & husband (the in-house guest) to find our own table during the new year dinner but there are no more table available. We have to pick up the tall table on the beach ourselves, our chairs for our dinner w family. I was invited my mother & sisters to join us for the bbq dinner and I paid for the extra no of pax but no more table available. When i ask the f&b staff again, they just ignore & said we need to find our own table repeatly. We have to call them to wipe the tables & chairs that wet during the raining in the evening after my husband pick up the table & chairs ourselves on the beach - which i find ridiculous. As hotels staffs, they should be pioiritize the in-house guests who paid for the dinner instead of save the table for themselves.

Great stay for unwinding and relaxing

Great staff as they were able to accomodate to our requests especially for a change of room. Although it was the busiest month and most rooms were mostly fully booked, they were able to attend to our requests professionally and effectively. Great selections of food array for breakfast and dinner buffet. The small pool provided in each room are nice for dipping and gave the relax ambience.

We've had the sky tower block room, the lights are dimly lit especially in the toilet but perfect in the shower room.
