Great base but but very expensive extras

Location, room, swimming pool

High charges for coffee in the room. Tea is available but no water boiler - one needs to use water from the coffee machine - this is nothing you should pay any money for and they are charging usd 5 if Im not mistaken for that which for any tea drinker would be absurd. Breakfast is expensive. Our room didnt get cleaned last day because they were busy and left it until the end of the housekeepers shift and we needed to get ready for the dinner. Front desk out of their breath during the holidays (probably understaffed)

Nice for a short stay

Fast check-in and a nice, tasty interior in the lobby. The clean and cozy room with a teapot and a super small fridge for drinks. The pool is great! A nice tiny smell fills the environment and makes an atmosphere.

The room is small, and there's noticeable noise in the corridor, particularly when staff members are maneuvering carts.

Beautiful but lacking a warmth

The decor was stunning

Staff quite cold, the room amenities whilst look fabulous they do need more attention to detail. No dressing table, lack of sockets, no hooks for the towels in the bathroom. Paper thin walls, could hear guests upstairs and outside (we had the pool side room). For what it cost I would have expected more tbh.

the food was the highlight of this hotel and great location.

room service isnt consistent and doesnt clean the same every day, shampoo/soap missing, bathroom sink not cleaned... had to call several times to get missing items. Shame the pool area isnt bigger as its always full. They should provide complimentary small water bottles in the room, i dont think its normal to have to pay for water when you stay in a 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous, clean, convenient stay - will return!

location, pool/beach, room was gorgeous and clean and front desk staff helpful

valet parking was expensive, some room amenities had to be requested multiple times (extra robes/towels), some language barriers at restaurant for breakfast
