I dont think Ill be Staying in his hotel again

Food was good

I was staying alone and I specially selected this hotel because I thought I would feel safe. Here apparently their protocol is that the house keeping team can enter and the clean the room without the presence of the guest even if they havent requested for it. In the morning, I was in the shower, I heard the door bell ring, I couldnt open it as I was in the bathroom, the cleaning person barged into my room, making me feel horrified. He thought I wasnt in the room, and came inside. When I complained this to the manager of the house keeping team, without acknowledging his mistake he simply told me that this is how they work here.

Good central location near to the city centre and major tourist attractions , neat and clean very professional and courteous staff

Just one room key , would have like to have two keys one for me and other for my wife Did ask for it but it is not in hotel policy
