Excellent location
Excellent location! Right smack in the heart of Walking Street where all the facilities are within walking distance.
Room facilities could be improved. The power supply point is awkward. Below a table and the cable is short. Some parts of the bathroom bottom panel has come off and not repaired. Top shelf in the bathroom was dusty. There are no hangers to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom.

- its super noisy as there is a techno club next door - stuff is not really friendly and welcoming (especially girl at the reception with glasses) - rooms are in reality way older than on the pictures - price / value doesnt fit here

The location. This was definitely the best since the hotel is situated right in the middle of the walking street. You had to ask for cleaning everyday but even if you didnt, they always left a bag with amenities and toilet paper everyday.
The room met the necessary requirements. However, it needs a major remodelling... we found it extremely difficult to open the door because it was misaligned and scratched the floor. The balcony was about 10 cm from another room, so the view we had was basically of the "neighbours'" wall. We always had to keep the curtains closed so there was no natural light. The room itself was ok although the furniture was a bit outdated and old. It was the bathroom that looked a bit worse and was a bit more dilapidated. It was ok but if i had the chance I would prefer to stay in another hotel.

A bit loud at night. There is a bar in front of the hotel, but they stop to play at midnight.

Location was convenient....right in the center of activities with many f&b convenient stores and massages
The toilet has a public toilet smell. The place looks dated and can use some sprucing up.
