Exceptional

The fact that you can access platform 1 and all the shops and restaurants therefore is a bonus.Further, transport is extremely convenient given that it's a railway station with taxi and auto service 24*7.The overall vibes of the hotel is wonderful.Value for money with humble staff.

Certain washroom facilities like faucets etc could be upgraded.

Its proximity to railway station

1. Some of the receptionist are not responsive. 2. Hot water never works. I have stayed there couple of times but the staff response continue to get detoriate. I had to wait for hot water and then they realized that Geyser is not on, which is shame.

The location was good

The staff are not at all professionals. The bathrooms had water logging. The infrastructure is too bad and they don't have wardrobes. If u r staying for more than one day ,then ur clothes would be lying everywhere. Most importantly the staff behaviour is like they are doing charity by letting u stay there. One staff name 'Roshan' was behaving as if he paid the rent for us. They won't look at ur face and talk. If u order tea or ask for room service,u definitely have to wait for more than 1 hr. Hotels are in service industry and the service they provide is too bad. I was staying for 3 days unaware of these facilities and behaviour.

Unsafe place

Nothing at all.

My sister and friend stayed there and at 2:30 AM someone entered the room and stole money & goods. It is an unsafe hotel, and I won't recommend anyone.
