The room was quite clean and spacious for a couple. The view from the room is good and you can experience the lake view and mountain view from your room and also from the balcony. The owners of the hotel is very good and they were very honest. They were always available on phone and ready to help for any needs. They talk very politely with the guests which is really a good thing. The caretaker was also also good and caring.

The location of the Homestay is not so convenient. Specially for old age people it is not recommended. Because it is located in little high altitude from the Mall road. So, with luggages it is difficult. But if you are availing car it is fine. The good thing is that the owner did not hide this fact at all. I felt the price was little high with respect to the location and amenities provided.

An absolutely amazing and scenic place.

The host was very helpful and very kind. We were caught in trouble while we were in Nainital but the Host (Mia) went out of the way to help us out. She was very prompt and an absolutely amazing person. The caretaker is very kind and helpful too. Made us feel like home. I would definitely visit this place again if I visit Nanital again. Must visit place.

The only thing me and my sister felt is this place on height (on the mountain). We had to climb 7 mins up with our luggage (Trolly bags) to get to this place and it was quite exhausting for us. Basically you need to be fit to reach this place. Cars reach there easily. Going by cars/bike is advisable.
