Very good

A 5-star place in a 2-star neighborhood.

A new and modern facility, beautiful and comfortable, tastefully appointed, with friendly, helpful, welcoming staff and a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. VERY nice place!

The only downside was the sketchy neighborhood near the freeway, populated by many homeless and sometimes noisy wanderersmany hanging around the convenience store across the street.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Spokane

The hotel is new and fresh. Its bright and open. The pre arrival text from staff created a warm and inviting experience even before we arrived.

The area is a bit rough with a homeless mission a block away. There was a bit of concern for safety when we left the property.

Very good

It was newly renovated and clean place. Breakfast was great had a lot of selections. We like the fence around the facility. Staff are great too especially the staff in the morning by the reception and the kitchen staff.

Homeless trying to break into cars.

Was convenient. Generally clean, nice breakfast.

When we drove in there was a man trying all the car doors in the parking lot. I went in and told the clerk and she said reluctantly, oh well I guess Ill have to call our security. Didnt give my wife our me a real sense of security about leaving our car. But since we had payed for our reservation and she wouldnt refund it we were stuck. Facility is newish I guess. Toilet seat broken. Room ok. Would I stay here again? Big No
