Review 1: Clean hotel with pet-friendly policy and convenient river walk access. Affordable compared to neighboring hotels, only a 5-minute drive from downtown. Review 2: Overall, the hotel and room (Read More) were nice and clean, except for someone else's food left in the fridge. Breakfast options were limited and depleted early. Comparatively, the hotel in Alamosa was better in terms of cleanliness, breakfast quality, and price. Review 3: Room appeared clean, but found someone else's food in the fridge. Breakfast was sparse and picked over by 9 am. Beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly, although hard to find. Suitable for a one-night stay. Review 4: Rooms were clean, and staff was friendly. The price was reasonable for the amenities. However, the complimentary breakfast lacked vegan options, and hopefully they will add some in the future.

nice place. atleast 1 day of room service and fresh linens would have been nice

zero room service even after 4 separate occasions requesting. had to raid housekeeping cart for towels, soap, etc.

Good location

Wasn't very clean, was sold out so everywhere was full of people. Noisy at night and breakfast was over crowded.

Not happy with no pool

The breakfast was good and staff was friendly

The pool was closed. The only reason we stayed there was for the pool. We could have gone to numerous other hotels with pools. And our kids wete expecting to go swimming and were very upset

The staff was friendly.

When we got go our room one of the beds was not made, there were no pillow cases on the pillows, there were no sheets for the second bed, the window was left wide open which made the room freezing due to it being the middle of December, and the floor did not get vacuum because it was disgusting.

Room was quiet, and the location was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh.

The check in was a little rough. The room was not the cleanest. The towels smelled awful. I was able to get new ones from housekeeping.

Good, but a bit pricey

It was comfortable and the breakfast was a good cooked one. Toiletries were nice, there was plenty of bench space and a good walk in shower. The staff were very helpful.

Coming from Durango was difficult because the hotel was just off a busy road with a solid barrier down the middle, but we managed. We couldn't get our wifi to work here and the person who could have helped wasn't available until the following day but the young woman on reception set up a desk top computer for us which was very helpful.

Very nice!

Booking.com made several errors with my reservation, however, the hotel staff were very accommodating and managed to fix the mistakes, even though one room was more expensive and several rooms away. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. The staff was super!

I hadn't realized that I booked through Booking.com, I thought I had booked directly with La Quinta. Unfortunately, Booking.com messed up the reservations. These were the issues: The request for two rooms close together did not get to the hotel. Since the hotel did not receive the request for two rooms close together, I had to pay extra for a room on the same floor, which was several rooms away from the rest of my family. Also, both rooms were under my guest's name, not mine, which was confusing to the hotel. When we checked out I had to make two separate payments. One room that was reserved was handicap accessible, which we did not request. We had 3 adults and 2 children, not 6 adults. Will not use Booking.com again.

Very poor

Over heard staff complaining about customers while serving breakfast, stating that they can go somewhere else and stating how everyone was complaining. The pool was never opened 2 of the days we were there, on the last night they opened it but the water was more of a polar plunge. Hot tub was just closed the entire time. Not good when small children are excited for this. We were first given a room at 7 pm that had not been cleaned, gross. I feel that we wont return there again, we should have been given a small refund or a free night stay. Nothing was offered
