location was good and room was freshened daily with out prompting

trash in cans were not emptied regularly around lobby areas the areas where the pets were not well kept the breakfast was not kept clean and filled for the entire breakfast time the food was noted to be cold even though was in the steamer covered bath.

Need the front desk manned at all times and the phones answered.

The property was nice

When we arrived my husband went in and no one was at the front desk. After awhile of waiting I went in and shouted hello and walked around trying to find someone. Finally after about 15 minutes I saw a man and asked if he knew if any was working. He said he was and had been downstairs. A sign would have been nice. We were about to leave.

Staff was nice and overall hotel was nice

Our room was dirty mainly in bathroom and entry way. Hair & dead bug in bath tub. Around fridge floor was also dirty. The rest of the room was carpeted so hard to tell but likely not very clean based on what we could see. Staff offered to move us but we arrived at almost midnight after a long day of travel and I didn't want to have to move myself and 2 elderly people in the middle of the night so we sucked it up and stayed. I asked about a discount and night staff said to check in the morning but we left around 5 am so I didn't pursue it any further.

Perfect for a quick stopover stay while travelling.

We just stayed here in transit between Atlanta and Nashville after a long flight in from overseas. It had everything we needed for our quick "stopover" type stay. We arrived late and left early so can't really comment on location etc for an actual visit to Chattanooga.

Nothing to complain about from us.
