The KSL Hotel & Resort exceeded expectations with maintained rooms and a convenient location near restaurants and a shopping mall. The pool was large but crowded with children and lacked enough chair (Read More)s for relaxation. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel felt safe with frequent police patrols. Although the entrance appeared old, the rooms were impressive and the hotel offered great value for its price. Some minor repairs were needed, but overall it was a good choice for a stay.

There wasnt any shower rope. The board at the bed frame was not there .

Poor

Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Good location. Near to whatever you need.

Been staying here 3 times already. First time, everything was good. Second time counter guys ask for tourism tax 20 RM but i say pay online already but they insisted it was not. They don't seem to be honest people. 3rd time there and they asked the same thing. i had reciept this time. I tried to ask for slippers a few times. Erequest was not working so went downstairs to ask but only to be met with attitude asking to just use erequest.

Promoted as 4 stars so it should be better

The location is great.

The staff are not very friendly. The amenities they state to be provided are not in the rooms, you have to message them through WhatsApp to get them. The carpet are not as clean as it should be, there are dust and dirt collected in the corners or at the edge of the furniture. Hairs from the previous user are still in the bathroom. TV doesnt work. Wifi is very weak.

Disappointing

NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY BUT THE BRKFAST WAS GOOD

Breakfast was good.

Mr. Rehman gave me a room 09-33 was very very dissapointingfacing a new building (NOVOTEL) under construction and the noise from the engine facilities .This guy do not seem to know English after I requested him for reasonably good room.

Very good

Bed so big it can fit my family of 4 ... 2 adult 2 kids. So spacious this the most reason of my rating. Bed very good.

The mini fridge inside the room 1806 still got leftover drinks stuff bread half eaten from previous people stying there.. Toilet sink got small ants.

Room was dated and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness of bathroom was below par. Asked for non smoking room and was initially given a smoking room.

Very bad service, I texted and called the PIC to report but no response until last day

Only Location

Very bad response. I stayed 2 for nights. I texted for complaints but no response & they only replied my msg upon check out. Not worth for money & not recommended
