    Great location. Aged hotel and basic facilities.

    Suite Fes smelled drainage and the hotel just sprayed it with air freshener to cover it.

    Well, the bed was comfortable, doorman and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly

    Good location near the old medina and close to eating options. We were able to access both on foot. ATM in reception came in handy as well.

    Disappointing stay
    This is NOT my first time here. I have been here twice before COVID, in 2018 and 2019. It was quite nice during that time. But for this time, it really disappointed me. Obviously staff is not enough for the service. Rooms need to be renovated. Dinner at ground floor restaurant is the worst for my 2 week holiday in Morocco (not to mention it is very much overpriced) Breakfast is a disaster, not enough staff to re-fill the food and clean the tables and serve the guests. Just like a battle field. Disappointing experience.

    Clean modern hotel with bar. Decent location.
    Used mainly by tour groups so eating dinner and breakfast there was busy and sometimes chaotic. Lifts were temperamental.

    Location and the most helpful staff. Literally a 3 minute walk to the Souk or 30 minutes to Ricks Cafe Would be my go to next time
