Staff were coughing and sneezing and then using contaminated unwashed hands to serve our bread, croissants and cake.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. In addition to their pleasant demeanor, the staff went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue with my broken luggage. They not only addressed the problem promptly but also took the initiative to help fix it. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. I highly commend the hotel staff for their outstanding customer service. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

I have stayed 3 nights, I loved the localization 20 min from the Corniche and 20 min from the old medina, the staff were really gentle and helpfull, they have really recommand us good restaurante with good prices, a big thanks to Mme Behija for the cleanless room and being helpflull

The room was spacious and clean, staff was good.. location is ideal if you want to visit the sea side and hassan mosque

There was no water in the room, we called to ask for water but the staff said they don't provide water. Water is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, even if they want to charge extra for it. Also, rooms need better lighting

Good location

-There were no towels in the rooms when we checked in. We asked for them and, after 1 hour waiting, we received 1 stinky towel per room. -Hotel Staff enter the rooms in the morning without knocking on the doors. This was disturbing and happened multiple times. -Too noisy. Difficult to get proper sleep if your window faces the street.

Nothing :(

We arrived almost the next morning and hoped to stay for a couple of days, but as soon as we entered the room we realized that there were no pillows and towels. The staff told us that they didn't have them and we couldn't even take a shower after a long flight. We were shocked and reduced our stay to one day.
