Terrible, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Nothing. I paid extra for a private room and bathroom the room was awful, the blanket was a piece of furry cloth. I could hear every sound made in and outside the building. The staff werent friendly on check in. Guests knock on my door to book rooms. There so many good hostels in the area dont choose this one.

Everything, over priced for what it is.

Good location to the city and some great market, i.e Fruit market, Warorot Market

The location was excellent, just next to the town center in the old city, a very nice coffee shop and many good cafe next to the hotel (just at the junction with Ratchapakhina Road). A local market in the opposite side of the cafe and within 10 minutes walking distance to Thapae Gate. Room was quite clean and staff was helpful although she cannot speak English.

There were some bar in the same array and a night club (ZOE) not far away, they were running with high volume music till late night (after 1 O clock) and my room was facing to the array with a glasses door, we were woke by the motor cycles across my room! Maybe a room at higher floor should be better and with less noise.

Great place, for a great price, would recommend and come again.

Great value, superb location, wouldnt want to be in a different location now that I know the city. Great vibes in the surrounding coffee shops and restaurants. Good English and good communication! Clean and well ventilated room with a view!

The street can get a bit loud in the morning - making food and such. Noisy at around 6 am, but nothing dramatic.

Comfortable, Clean, Quiet

It's in a great location and the place is immaculate. The wifi is good, I've worked full time online while here including video conferences. The street is quiet for a central area and everything you need is on your doorstep.

I like everything here. No complaints at all.

Good place to stay in Chiang Mai

Location is good, within the moat, very quiet at night and close to everything. Very large room, with lots of daylight and opening windows with flyscreans. Lots of surface space. Beds a little soft for our liking but there was nothing wrong with them. Shared toilet and shower very clean, and the shower was very strong with hot water if you want it. Downstairs is a fridge and kitchen we could use, including a microwave and gas hob. Family were really nice and very helpful and friendly. WiFi was OK. There is also an outside seating area. Excellent value for money in Chiang Mai, would stay again.

Disappointing

Wouldnt stay again but stay only if you need a place.

I would only stay here if you absolutely need to get accommodation. My room was standard but the AC didnt work and there were bugs and lizards running around the spaces. It was a very run down building.

very noisy room in a good neighborhood

location excellent

my room had a big sliding glass window to the street , in front of that window chairs where other guests have a rest and talk . its noise like they are in the room the set up of the room is for a massage business , not for a hotel sleeping room
