Exceptional

Our stay was lovely and so relaxing

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Our dining experience was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The best dining experience and food we've had in Pittsburgh!

Size of room was too small for our liking. We had no water to drink in our room.

Disappointing

Long waits

Location was perfect. The hotel was quiet

Only one small elevator car was working. It was extremely slow. We waited at least 20 minutes for it when we were leaving and when it finally came, it was full. We decided to take the stairs and couldn't get to the lobby without going outside and walking around the building. The valet lost our car. We waited probably a half hour for them to find it.

Not very good

We found the hotel. Valet parking attendants were efficient and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

No one to help with luggage. No luggage carts available. One of two elevators not working. Food was very overpriced and not very good quality. Valet parking at $39 per night is very expensive. A/C in room was too noisy and airflow was not comfortable. Pillows were very hard.

Good location. Staff was overall helpful.

Rooms was smaller than expected. Toilet flush not working. Dental kits not provided. Soap/Lotion dispensers empty. Unsure if I am going to book this place again.

Superb

Great stay in a micro king!

The room looked exactly as advertised, was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Very comfortable bed, large shower, hair dryer, lamps, and bluetooth speaker all included with the room.

The menu was limited when we ordered food at the bar around 9:30pm of a Saturday.

Cute decor and great location to access all downtown Pittsburgh by foot!

Excellent lobby, great location with walking distance to all of downtown Pittsburgh. The bed was comfortable, I slept well!

Room was small, and the fridge was too cold. Ended up freezing my food.

Moderate hotel in luxury clothing.

Front desk staff were responsive and friendly. Location is central.

Several items in the room were broken (lamps especially). Wrong soap in the shower (hand soap?!). Ragged bath towels (literally -- threads coming undone). Restaurant closed at 10.30pm on a Wednesday, so no food was available late at night. Room alarm had been left on so woke us up at 6am. Only one elevator appeared to work.
