Disappointing.

The Hotel does not look like the photos. The decor is very tired. There is bar/nightclub opposite the front of the hotel which played exceptionally loud music until 4am, which was clearly audible in our room. The 2 pools are highly chlorinated. We had asked when booking for the 2 rooms to be located close to each other as we have children. On arrival, we were told that the rooms were of different standards and were at opposite ends of the hotel. There was no help offered to remedy this.

Draining of washroom sink was not working properly . But the staff attended to it quickly. Toothpaste was not available .

1. Rude and unfriendly staff (cashier shouted at us during money exchange) 2. Basic room - depective pictures online 3. Disappointing food - breakfast buffet and in room dining. Food service at the restaurant is also not good 4. Staff doesnt know how to greet and be polite with customers 5. 2 pools available both are not kid friendly 6. Staff is not receptive to feedback - they dobt even want to listen to your concern, let alone fixing it

Service people, location, the new rooms, breakfast, bathroom, pools were clean.

The old rooms, some staff needs training, slow often-when processes are too long! WiFi sometimes shaky and bad

Exceptional

Luxuary life style. Will definetly come again.

The superior room was lovely. It had an excellent view of the beach and one of the pools. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of both western and Sri Lankan food. The beach was very nice and swimming in it was enjoyable. We were very impressed with Jetwing Sea Negombo. We liked it so much we came back again and stayed two nights in the deluxe room.

Jetwing sea should up their service if you want people to visit you the second time

The food was great

Very poor service. The room was not ready on time and no chauffeur allocated to show the room. The rrom was still being cleaned when we arrived. The room was knocked at 12.30 midnight for no reason
