The place was elegant and everything was great! The resort had friendly and helpful staff, offered great value for money, and was located close to the beach. The breakfast spread was excellent and there were also fantastic restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

Perfect for short stay after a long journey

We spent one night here after arriving to Sri Lanka. The room was very spacious. The pool area was nice and quiet. We had dinner at the hotel which was also very pleasant. Chamidu, a waiter was extra nice. The garden of the hotel is very well maintained. It was a perfect stay for one night.

Not worth the money

Despite all staff were polite

Not sure why this property has 4 stars and a high rating on booking. Everything looks better in the photos here, but in reality the rooms are old, no windows and proper sunlight. The mattress is hard and the beds creak every time you move or turnWi-Fi does not work in the room!!! We had to go outside and stand by the lobby area to use the Wi-Fi. When we arrived we couldnt use the pool because they had just put chemicals in it We had breakfast included but didnt even bother to eat it because it was dripping in oil when served to us. Nobody cleaned our room after arrival or even bothered to take out the trash or replenish the water/tea in the room. We had three people in our room but they only gave us one tiny bottle of shower gel. Cherry on top of everything - they do not accept card payments and an hour before our check out we were told this and asked to pay but cash. The staff said that theres an atm machine 5 minutes walking distance that we could use - in reality it turned out to be a 20 min walk.

Peaceful stay in the chirping of birds.

Friendly and clean Hotel, garden make you feel like you are in tropical garden. Staff and manager always helped us when we need. We checked in early morning, and manager did not ask additional price. Thank you for everything.

Everything. For travellers from overseas, perfect place to rest a day and recover. They cook and serve, whatever you order. Will also arrange transport, if requested. The courtyard is well kept, and inviting.

For those interested in window shopping, need to go to Negombo, which is about 2km.

Everything. Staff, room size, AC, comfortable bed.

The room had a decent-sized cockroach waltzing around the bathroom. Couldn't call the staff as it was late in the evening and family was asleep. WiFi was weak.

everything, it s a peaceful place, back of the street so you are in calm. a lovely garden with birds and squirrels, a big swimming pool. all the hotel is renovate, the bedroom is big and very clean. in the barhroom you have a view of the sky that is appreciable. you ll need around 800 rps to go to the city center and only 5 mins by walk to find some good restaurants. the best was all the staff who were so kind and always there for us. we would recommand this place 100%

A very well kept and attractive gardens, with a pool and childrens pool. Recently renovated the kitchen and dining area. Few mins walk from the beach and the restaurants. Staff and owners are nice.
