Excellent location on the fuzzy street. Close to everything in Marina. Really enjoyable location for full day and night of activitiws and options around hotel. Very quiet hotel inside.

No vallue for money, overall price when you sum up everything is not worth. Breakfast more expensive then eating outside for full lunch meal. Price should be lover atleast 30%. 5 stars are maybe for amneties, but this is far from quality of 5 star hotel. Also one big thing which i felt scammed, while booking this hotel all pictures shown view of Ain dubai from room, bit this is simply not possible since you have new building in front. Dont believe them of either partial view of Ain cause everything under floor 40 or even higher is not possible to see Ain. I found this scammy which i shared with them before arriving in hotel.

Utterly dissapointing, poorly managed hotel.

The location and the size of the rooms is what was positive about the hotel. Nothing else.

The photos were misleading, quite deceptive, and the staff misrepresented the truth prior to booking. I specifically requested a room with a view of the wheel, and was assured that a side view was available in the premium category, which I subsequently booked for my family. Regrettably, our room was situated on the opposite side of the building, completely devoid of the promised view, featuring grimy windows and an even filthier balcony glass. The rooms were inadequately cleaned, excessively dusty, and the furniture was noticeably dated. The bathroom lacked even a basic curtain. Overall, the hotel's management was woefully inadequate, possibly the worst I've encountered in Dubai.

the location was amazing if we exclude traffic

bathroom has water leak from ceiling, we informed them , rather than fixing it they reduce water pressure in shower. also there's no any electricity sockets besides bed
