Impiana Hotel once a good hotel but has deteriorated due to lack of re-investment

Only the location..

The property is too old with no sign of re-investment to put the hotel at par with the rest. There are so many new hotels coming up and Impiana is left behind. I am a regular to this hotel coming with big numbers but this last stay will be the last as there is no longer any excitement staying as the furnitures looked sad to say like second hand items shop. Time to stay at Mandarin or Grand Hyatt opposite Impiana. Love which is lost

convenient to klcc and surroundings . easy walk with pedestrian bridge to klcc and Bukit Bintang

the lift to the room, only 2 and covers 24 floors . waiting time is long . needs to be managed well by the hotel

There were ants and small insects in the room. The plates, glasses, forks and knives in the restaurant were dirty.

Room clean & comfortable.. Variety of food with a good taste (breakfast).

Due to our travel during a peak time & clash with some events day, we have to park little bit far from the hotel facilities (full parking) on the 1st day we reached hotel. But then we managed to get park in the hotel parking area on the 2nd day.

Great experience, would come again next time Im in KL

The room had comfy beds and can easily watch the tv on the bed, its location is also easily accessible as it directly connects to klcc which is convenient as I dont have to worry if its raining

The restaurant at lv1 near the lobby could be better as the service for the restaurant wasnt as good as compared to the hotel reception and room service
