One of the worst hotel stays ever.

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to airport.

Everything else. The queen room is very small. Washroom is a match box.

Priority must be given to upkeep, maintenance, and breakfast quality.

The room was cosy and clean.

1. The breakfast was below average and unlike other Ibis properties I have stayed in. The buffet area was unclean. (2) The towels provided were aged and somewhat torn (3) The parking area is very inconvenient and the lift from basement to lobby was NOT working.

Disappointed with the Poor Service

Room.

Was not satisfied at all.. 1) The room card was not working. When I called for support the guy came and he said need to replace the card. He said he will send someone but nobody came and I had to go to the reception. 2)TV remote battery was weak I had to go neat the TV when i escalated it to the guy who came to check the card he said he will send somebody no one turned up. I called separetly they said they will send someone no one came. TV would not switch off whole day it was On causing me discomfort. 3) Same evening ordered Chicken chilly which came late plus the dish was cold. :( 4) The room service guy only bought one fork when there are 2 guests. When we told him to bring additional spoon and fork he said yes. But nobody turned up. Very Sad Experience !!!
