The location is good

The mattress was not comfortable, it should be changed. The tap of the shower was not working properly, and one in the basin was broken as well.. They didn't clean my room one day.

Was lovely however for the price I could have spent an extra 20 to stay at a 5 star hotel minutes away.

Situated in the heart of downtown Miami.

Rooms could do with a little bit of improvement. I had booked a king suite but was a little bit tired.

A very good getaway hotel !

Very good staff very clean very professional would recommend to stay at the heart of downtown. I enjoyed the views and the company.

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel was just a little inconvenient because no elevators or escalators work you have to take stairs and parking is additional cost separate from the hotel. If you want parking at the hotel its $50 for valet each night the second option they give you is using a parking garage which is $20 for 24 hours .
