Superb

A great place to stay. Excellent facilities and staff. Location overlooking the Rhine and cathedral very picturesque.

Great location and facilities, excellent staff who were always willing to help and were very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Nothing really. Only one issue. We happened to go down for breakfast during peak time. Had to queue. There wasnt enough capacity for the number of guests. The staff struggled to cope. Food items were not replenished quickly enough. Quite chaotic. The next day went to breakfast earlier with no such problems - far easier.

Superb

Location was next to Rhine river and to the central cathedral. 3 Christmas market nearby. 2 Train station at walkable distance. Just if you are paying through debit card, they will charge 100 euro as security. Remember to collect it while checkout else you will have to followup through email.

Great view of the Dom!

Hotel was beautiful especially decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable beds.

The rooms were a bit warm at night.

Passable

Location. I picked it particularly for the river view. Having been in Cologne several times I know that view is what I miss the most.

Unfortunately I lost something important in this hotel. This will haunt me forever and I m not sure if I ll ever be able to come back, which I feel really sad about. One suggestion would be not to hang the "room already cleaned" card on the door handle. It can be mistaken as the "do not disturb" card by the customers.
