A good short stay hotel in central Raipur

Clean and conveniently location near to the city centre, and adjacent to a new shopping mall. Staff are hard working and keen to do their best.

More like a business hotel rather than 5-star. Rooms are small compared to other hotels in this price bracket.

VERY GOOD STAY.

The Bedroom was spacious with comfortable bed. The Bathroom was clean. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of food items.

Although staff at reception were quite friendly and cooperative other staff & cleaner were not prompt &. well trained- they took ages to bring even small things like teaspoons. face towels etc

Excellent and comfortable stay.

Accommodated my request for a late checkout so that I could complete my meetings without worrying about the check out time. Polite staff. Breakfast was amazing, specially the Ragi Dosa.

No doors for the restroom in the bedroom. It was ok since I was travelling alone, but could be an issue if travelling with family. But I guess, you have different rooms for family :)

Hyatt Hotel Raipur: A Poor and Disappointing Stay

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Hotel Raipur. The quality of the rooms and facilities is not satisfactory, and the hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was not very clean. There was dust on the furniture and floors, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The mini bar was not provided, and the fridge was empty. There was no sofa in the room, although there was a small table and two chairs. The bathroom cutlery was of substandard quality. The shower head was weak, and the towels were thin and worn. The ambience and maintenance of the inside of the building were not up to the mark. The walls were dirty, and the carpets were stained. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Hyatt Hotel Raipur. The hotel is not worth the price, and there are much better options available in Raipur. Suggestions for the hotel: Appoint trained and experienced staff. Improve the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Provide mini bars in all rooms. Provide sofas in all rooms. Upgrade the bathroom cutlery. Improve the ambience and maintenance of the inside of the building. Expand the breakfast buffet to offer more options.
