Comfort, quiet and phenomenal staff in a very affordable hotel .

The staff was amazing, the complimentary breakfast was terrific (one of the best I've ever had at a hotel), super quiet for being in the city and everything was within walking distance.

The security with the key cards connecting with the elevator was great. I felt better with my younger family members in this hotel. My nephew actually got stuck in the stairs because he entered without his key card and couldn't open the door to exit the stairs. That's pretty good security. The breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Staff was very friendly and professional.

We had to request towels, pillows, bedding...twice. Didn't get a blanket the first night. The third day, our blanket was taken and not returned and I had to request another blanket. The same thing in the second room. No blanket and not enough towels for room occupancy. What looked like dried up gum on the floor under the head of the bed on window side of bed. The shower backed up during every shower. The shower was the only really big deal to us.

Great Arrival....However breakfast and departure on a Holiday present a problem

Room was comfortable and clean to start. Valet Service was excellent. Front Desk Serice was always above average and did their best.

Cleaning people did not clean our room either the first or second night there. Too many people converging on the breakfast area on New Years Day. May also want to consider asking guests to agree to scheduling breakfast on a day like that or extending breakfast from 6 - 11 am. Also needed a second person on the front desk to assist with arrivals and departures on Holidays

it was awesome, i hope other hyatt place will have the same facilities as this one.

I liked our room, its very spacious and comfrtable for a family of 3. Breakfast is great, hope they can have more variety specially for long staying guests. the staff are very nice, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. i liked the fact that they have an inhouse self service laundry. location is great specially during summer or spring as its walking distance to nearby sights. i liked that they clean our room daily without having to be told.

Extremely disappointed in our stay, this hotel had everything we were looking for but after staying there we will NOT go

Only 1 staff member was actually a pleasure to deal with (gentleman at the front desk checkin/check out) the rest were very rude!

Not the best experience we had at a Hyatt Place

Bathroom is spacious, love the glass shower door with walk in shower, great space around sink to put your stuff, bed comfortable, spacious room.

Breakfast area was too small for so many people, time too short, should be extended to 10am to accommodate better, food was low quality, not enough staff, vent in bathroom had dust from 10 years in there, bed sheets dirty.
