United placed me in this Hyatt Place due to a rerouted flight. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and provides a shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and recently renovated. However, t (Read More)here seems to be a lack of sound insulation between rooms and the heater is quite noisy. Other than these issues, it is generally a great place to stay.

Very good

A good choice for a quick stay near the airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good, better than I expected, with a nice variety of items. They also had a hot chocolate bar that was available all day. It was a nice thing to have on a cold night.

The bathroom was kind of dark and the furniture a little outdated.

Exceptional

I really appreciate that every year we come for our stay the staff is the same people. They know their job and they do it quickly and very well. They are kind and helpful and have a great attitude. The coffee is good. The breakfast offers a lot of options and is displayed in a clean and stylish way. A lot of though and detail has gone into the presentation and I find this surprising for an airport hotel.

Location

Staff, breakfast wasn't that good. When we turned on the a/c unit it had a mildew/mold smell and we later saw it caused the carpet to be soaking wet under the unit.

Super close to Salt Lake City Airport

Convenient to Airport. Extremely clean. Entire staff attentive. Breakfast was not the run of the mill buffet. It was a great hit breakfast and well worth the stay there

The sink was not in the bathroom, but in the middle of the main room. This is an odd place to wash.

Great location near the airport with friendly staff and comfy rooms

Stayed here after my evening flight home was canceled and I did not want to spend the night at the airport. It was very close to the airport and shuttle service was great. Staff very friendly. Booked the cheapest room they had last minute and it was a small suite. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Too bad I was only staying the night.

Breakfast was included with the room but they didn't start breakfast early enough for me to take advantage. This is because the shuttle bus to the airport only leaves every 30 minutes. So in order to get to the airport with enough time, I had to take a shuttle earlier than I would have liked and had to miss breakfast. My suggestions is to either start breakfast before 6 or have the shuttle run at 15 minute intervals. I caught the 6am shuttle and if there was one at 6:15 I would have at least had time to eat something since I paid for it already.
