Dirty room the first time and the second time it was kind of dirty as well, the sheets that we had in our room for the pull out bed were and smelled like the last people that were there. Poor customer service. Concierge was rude as well.

It worked for us! Free parking while out of town is a big bonus!
Clean and fairly quiet. Close and convenient to the airport for early departure next day.

Mr. Pie from the reception sets the perfect tone. He is a gentleman and very professional. Would love to stay here again because of his attitude towards the guests. The property feels like brand new.
Check out is at 12 noon but someone knocked our door at exactly 11 a.m he is asking if we are gonna check-out or extend our stay because we need to vacate the room by 11 a.m. When I told him that will be checking out by 12 because we are not ready yet, also check-out time is 12. He said it is not and it is 11 a.m. I dont like that they were not clear about this.

The hotel was very clean and nice, good breakfast, nice staff. Great fitness center.
The indoor pool wasn't working for our entire (5 night) stay. This was disappointing because we specifically pick hotels with a pool so our children can swim.
