Superb

Nice stuff. Great location near all the old market action

The staff was wonderful! They made sure everything was taken care of and when we had a concern about safety in the parking garage, the staff went immediately to check it out!

Our TV did not work consistently but we weren't there long enough to really have to worry about that. There is a $15 charge for using the parking garage. It is secure and makes easy access to the hotel, but just to be aware of the charge ahead of time. It is much more reasonable than the on street meters or parking lots.

Good location, enough was wrong with the room that made the stay uncomfortable

Location was excellent. Near lots of restaurants and shopping and near to tourist things to do. Breakfast was good.

Heat in the room didnt work, the shower didnt work and the sink was clogged. We called on the first evening to get those things fixed, especially given that we were staying in a nicer hotel (we usually stay in cheaper places). Someone came and fiddled with the heater, said it was fixed then fixed the shower. He didnt think the sink was important, but we asked to have it fixed, anyway. He said he was busy and had to get a different set of tools. He returned late in the evening and by that time we were using the bathroom. The heat continued not to work and the room temperature got down to 60 in the evening. The next day we asked to get the heat and sink fixed. When we returned at the end of the day, our room was warm and the sink drained. We decided to leave the hotel a day early, anyway.

I wouldnt stay here again.

The view from the seventh floor was kinda cool. The pool area was clean and not too cold.

The room wasnt that clean. Found hair on the shower wall and fake eyelashes on the floor. Our tv wouldnt stay on for longer than five minutes without going to a loading screen. The breakfast was cold and didnt have very much to it. They served stale donuts holes, eggs, slices of ham, cereal, and fruit. The eggs were cold and tasted fake. They didnt even have a waffle maker! At the end of our stay the hotel manager knock on our door and asked if our bathroom was leaking because the room right below ours had water all over.

Pleasant

Pleasant hotel, great views from my 10th floor room and being within walking distance to Old Market.

Staff was very welcoming. Hotel very clean. Bed and pillows great. Love location, Old Market neighborhood is my favorite place to shop, drink coffee, and people watch when I visit Omaha.

The photos of "The Placery" in house restaurant should be removed as the restaurant was removed. Breakfast poorly served. Scrambled eggs in a 2 qt sauce pan drying out on stove top. If you are going to serve from the same pan you cook in, then invest in good quality cookware. Maybe have a caterer come in and show you how to set up a breakfast service that is appealing to both the eye and the appetite. 5 different hotels on my trip, Hyatt Place had poorest breakfast. I did not expect that, it disappointed me.

Disappointing

A disappointing stay.

It was close to downtown Omaha and many restaurants.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The faucet in bathroom is set so far back on counter that it is hard to wash your hands. Worse of all is there is hardly any pressure in the shower. Once in the shower the water slowly stopped while showering and then started again. The free breakfast is pretty pathetic. We booked this property to stay for a rock concert. The concert was postponed due to the singers illness. Booking and Hyatt were not accommodating in getting a refund or even a credit for future use. We had to go up and stay or we would of been out of $185!!

My stay was good so I plan to return.

The location, everything was clean, and the staff.

The hotel van was parked in the handicap parking spot inside the garage. ( Im handicap) so instead of parking on the first floor, I parked on the fifth floor.

Some of the staff was nice

Price online and price when I arrived was different I was $13 short on my card and they would let me pay in cash so I had to cancel a night or I would've had to find another hotel with my 3 sleeping children at midnight and they also tried to charge me extra for a burger and fries separately when the meal clearly says it comes together horrible experience great location
