The front desk staff, especially Norma, were incredibly helpful and provide (Read More)d convenient and satisfying service. The location is convenient with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The free breakfast, including an omelette station, ensures guests receive hot food every morning.

Great location and clean hotel.

The room was clean, great size and awesome view. We got a king size bed, and this room also had an L shape sofa, e full desk and a big bathroom, plenty space for storage and closet. The location is great, only walking distance from Coca Cola Music Hall and other venues, including the Sheraton and the casino. I will stay here next time.

Location was convenient to several things Complimentary water Daly Front desk staff were phenomenal and so accommodating Bartender was amazing friendly and creative Shuttle services Lots of towels and washcloths Unused rubber shower floor mat provided

Bar closes too early and wasnt well stocked with newer drinks Odd restaurant hours and no room service Housekeeping failed to clean my room upon request but I managed

The place to stay in San Juan!

The location was perfectly centered to all attractions. We were less than 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from the beach, old San Juan and anywhere else we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were great. The bar had great service and the inside/outside seating was beautiful! The property provided a shuttle that was accessible (I use a wheelchair) and it was great. The only downside was that sometimes the wait was long. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt House to anyone who wants a relaxing, fun experience.
