Nice hotel in a convenient location

We didn't spend much time in the actual hotel because we were there for work but it was very comfortable and well located.

Not much to complain about - as it was a well priced comfortable hotel at a convenient location for our work event.

Amazing stay in Amsterdam

The hotel is located close to the center of Amsterdam, which is easily reachable in 5-10 minutes on foot, and to the bus stop for the airport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the breakfast well-stocked. All the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended.

It was a cosy boutique hotel, the room was nice, had everything, good bed, fridge, waterkettle, coffeemaker. It is not big but big enough. The hotel is in a townhouse what makes it characteristic. We had an upgrade to a better room on the backside/ quiet side of the hotel which was great. Breakfast had everything you needed and enough choice. Nice neighborhood to explore Amsterdam. Near the Vondelpark and Museumkwartier.

Great hotel. Id definitely go back when in the Netherlands.

Location is very convenient, you are 5 minutes walking from tram 12 and 2 to go to the city center. If you have heavy luggage it might be a bit exhausting but its just 5 minutes. Staff were really kind (they offer you pastry and water upon arrival). Bedroom was perfect, not too big, not too small, we were 3 people in there and we had enough space for us and our luggage. Modern look in the bedrooms and they have USB chargers in every bed so no need to use European adapters.

Everything was perfect. If I had to say something stairs and carpet make a bit difficult to move with big luggage but thats the way it is in the Netherlands.

Avoid if you have large bags with you.

The location is very good. Near to most of the attractions. Breakfast was very good of higher quality.

The rooms are small. There is no bathtub in the Superior rooms also. Did not get hot water for bath even in winter. Though they repaired their heating system the next day but one day was cold. Most important, they do have a Pseudo elevator. Even after going to 2nd floor, you have to get down stairs that are clumsy in order to access rooms. So if you have large bags, don't book this hotel. They promised to send someone for moving the bags on stairs but they did not have the staff. Have to wait in queue for the breakfast as they don't have sufficient space to accommodate more than 10 guests in the breakfast room.
