Would stay again, very convenient with the boat station.

Location good considering your far away from the city centre, as the boat station is based right outside of the property.

The vent in the window was very noisy in the high winds, room 701. This is not a complaint though.

Staff and location were amazing. The views of the river were also exceptional especially during the New Years Eve fireworks!

Some facilities felt limited after hours. There was no way to get a drink or anything if it was too late. Some vending machines might be helpful.

Great staff (Omar was particularly helpful) nice clean property. Provides everything you could want, ended up extending our stay for another night.

Would have been helpful to have some additional facilities for out of hours (vending machine etc).

The View and the location. You can easily take a free ferry to the the Main Station/City Center . .

For example, the coffee machine as well as the Electric Water heater needs to be renewed

if you are not sure that you will not get room 101 or 102, stay away.

the room was nice and the bed comfortable, the hotel location quite convenient to go by shuttle boat to Amsterdam Central even if the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

If the room in itself was nice, its location (ground floor directly on the street so impossible to open the curtains, lot of noise from the street or hotel banging doors from adjacent laundry) made it the worse 150 night (including 20 overpriced open parking) I have had in a long time. There are 2 rooms like this in the hotel I guess they keep them to punish people booking through booking.com. The bathroom was not spotless, the safe was locked shut and nobody was able to open it. And finally the hotel requested a 50 deposit which I did not use but I will get my money back sometimes in the next 10 working days only.

Excellent experience!

The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable and the ferry over/back to the hotel was super frequent so there was no hassle getting to the centre and back!

TV could not swivel and was awkwardly placed in corner of the room.

Very clean with perfect facilities. 10/10

It is in NDSM so you have to catch the ferries to get to the hotel from the central station. its about a 15 minute ride and its free but it doesnt work overnight so if you have an early flight, you need to get uber to get to the stations.
