The H�tel Le Relais Saint Charles offers an excellent location with easy access to key attractions. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-appointed, with effective blackout curtains and a choice of sho (Read More)werhead. The hotel is situated near a boulangerie and good restaurants. Guests felt safe walking alone after dark. The value for money exceeded expectations and guests would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Superb

Good location close to the metro line and just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and the Siene

We were traveling for pleasure and I had already booked a hotel just down the road from this one who couldn't accommodate an extra night as my plans changed. The staff was very nice. Hotel very clean and updated. I was also meeting friends from out of town who also booked and stayed at this hotel and we were all pleased.

I think the only issue I had is that in the bathroom the cover for the drain for the sink wasn't attached... you know just kind of sitting off to the side of the drain opening. When brushing my teeth in the morning I dropped my small travel size toothpaste and it went "plunk" right down the drain. It wasn't a huge loss but still frustrating. We did tell the hotel staff and I am sure they have it resolved by now. They were very nice and helpful.

Very good

We liked the location a lot. The metro was literally infront of the hotel and the Eiffel Tower was so close (10 Min. walk). The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We didnt like the breakfast. It was very small and the bread was not fresh. We wished to have a good breakfast since we paid for it, but that was disappointing.

Easy access to metro, walking distance from the eiffel tower, has brasseries, pharmacy nearby.

The room is just okay, the 2 cups that we had was broken.

Cold shower

Don't expect to have a warm shower anytime of the day. Most of the time, the water is warm to cold, and the drain is completely clogged. Not to mention how dirty the bathtub itself was.
