Hôtel Alfred Sommier

I first visited this hotel at 2021 when I met Mr. Richard de Warren , the owner of the hotel, he introduced me to the facilities and took me to the stables downstairs and it was really a pleasure seeing an owner of the hotel take care of the clients. This is why I had to re visit the hotel on 2023. But unfortunately, I wasnt able to see him, but I indicated to write up a letter of complaint regarding the treatment I faced during my stay on 28 Nov 2023 at 5 AM. but when it's time for me check out, the receptionist who took care of the checking out process said I have a room dine receipt need to be paid and thats strange because I remember specifically, I never ordered anything nor my sister who is staying with me. He insisted that I ordered food and now I must pay I was really pissed off by his attitude, I told him to check the CCTV camera and phone history if it turned out I ever ordered something then I will definitely pay but there was no evidence at all. Later on, he asked me if I have cash money for something, for a second, I was surprised why would a luxury hotel or a hotel in general meaning would ask for a cash? He was very serious about it. On the other hand, I had a flight to catch and our uber driver is waiting outside as well as my sisters. I was only handling the checkout process before heading out, therefore the uber driver came inside the hotel to rush me to get going because I was taking a well long time talking to the receptionist about absolutely nothing important, one thing led to another, the driver shouted out at the receptionist then the receptionist did yelled back, I was confused then a minute later , the driver told my sister to get off the car and he throw all of our luggage's in the lobby and left. This was the receptionist behavior in handling this matter.
