Very good

Value for money!! Love the pool.

Very reasonably priced, pool is great and you can spend hours in there, rooms are spacious and clean, gardens are well kept and has a bali feel.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard for me so a soft mattress topper would probably fix that issue. They take $100 deposit on check in so be prepared for that extra expense (however can be used to pay for meals and drinks etc).

Very good

Lovely place to stay

Everything was good, the service was excellent. Beautiful gardens and the buffet breakfast was excellent :)

It would be handy to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

Good locations for golf, not a the best place to stay

Location and the golf course was great

The room was run down and the door to the outside didnt work so we couldnt use our balcony or sit outside. They also gave us a smaller room to the one we booked. We booked a king and they tried to give us a room with separate beds and tried telling us it was a free upgrade but when I pointed out this new room cost less and wasnt what we wanted they eventually moved us to a king room. It was painful and took a lot of time. Very disappointed.

The room was very comfortable, the pool was the great, the kangaroos on the property were a treat. Apart from the noise disruption at night and the lack of vegan options in the Resort dining, it was great.

It was very loud at night one the first night of our stay. After making a complaint to the night reception staff about the very loud music in the hotel room next door to ours, nothing was done about it. Eventually after further complaints and a long time later the staff got involved and the noise stopped well into the night. Additionally there wasnt a single vegan or plant-based option on the menu of any of the restaurants on the staff which was very disappointing and we had to drive into Joondalup to eat elsewhere.

Hotel is not value for money.

The grounds are good. The hotel rooms are tired and dated.

Rooms are straight out of 1980, with the decor and fixtures looking very worn and tired. Paid over $700 for 2 rooms for one night and told breakfast not included for second room, 2 children 8 years.
