Really hard to reach the receptionist by phone (really hard) Breakfast place too small, long que to eat breakfast Parking was difficult as there are only few parking spaces provided Only one passenger lift is working for the whole (around) 14 floors Leaking in room (was upgraded to premium suite due to my first room was leaking, but the premium room also leaking But otherwise the room is comfortable

I have good experience.

Good location,meet requirements and definitely stay again.

The bedsheet maybe can change to a new set when have booking. hotel might not be able to replace all.maybe can keep a few set of newest bedsheet and use it when room got booking only.at least customer can use new bedsheet and pillow sheet.overall hotel is meeting requirements. Definitely stay again for next trip.thank you.
