Location. Location. Location. We couldnt ask for a better location. The staff was unbelievable friendly, respectful and helpful.

The bathroom could be cleaner. Specially the shower area.

Superb

The rooms are clean and very cozy. The location is so close to Nyhavn and many other goods restaurants, cafes etc. There are car park near the hotel.Strongly recommended.

Nobody cleans the room. Everyday we have to ask for cleaning upon arrival at the hotel around 7 pm; The bed is too soft

A quaint historical building in an excellent location

Rooms are exceptionally small and most have no view. Ours looked out across at another very close part of the hotel. Very disappointing. Each floor is like a rabbit warren and I would be nervous if a fire were to break out as passages are very very narrow

I have stayed many times over the years and always loved staying at the hotel

This time I felt the property to be a bit tired or beginning to be run down. The waste basket rusty, the door had damaged paint. All in all needs a bit of TLC.
