Cute hotel in a good location

Lovely little hotel located in a convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the main train station and 15 minutes walk to the town. Supermarkets nearby around the train station. Nice clean room, lovely beds and linen.

Didnt reply to my messages before we arrived. Arrived 45 minutes before the check in time but wouldnt let us check in because of the 2:00pm check-in rule. It was very helpful that we could leave our luggage, however we had to leave it in an unsecured area in a corridor because the luggage room was full. Heating was set too high in the room and we had to keep on opening both the outside and inside doors to cool the room down (could not adjust the central heating).

An unpleasant stay.

The room was small for two people cos couldnt place two luggages flat. They didnt top up body cum shampoo on a daily basis. When asked, they said when you finished. Second day left a small bottle for two adults to use. When called reception, no one answered and had to come down to ask for the second bottle. A lady receptionist was not very friendly when handling the matter, including missing item. Definitely not four stars service.

great service, clean and very tasty breakfast. breakfast cost 17 euro per adult and 12 euro per child. I highly recommend it. beautiful decor in the lobby comfortable beds.

A lovely, welcoming stay.

Warm and comfortable room and beds. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is well worth it to start the day. Only a fifteen minute fast walk into the city centre and five minutes walk from the train station.. Its the second time weve stayed. Feel at home at this hotel.

Small, convenient, very clean, pleasant staff, and a very nice breakfast.

The breakfast was very nice and so was the accomodations in the breakfast room. The breakfast food and selection was very good. The hotel location is an easy walk to the train station (except when there is a foot of snow on the ground).

We typically stay in Hilton hotels, so have gotten use to the larger, more modern rooms. This was a very typical local European hotel room, which are comparatively smaller than what we have become accustom to in large commercial hotel chains. But the room was very clean and room service adequate. We spent very little time in the hotel room, spending the majority of our time touring the city, so it was more than adequate. If you just like to sit in your hotel room and spend time at the bar or lounge, this is not likely the best place for you.

Exceptional

Super friendly and understanding stuff! The breakfast was superb, and even when we overslept, they served it to us. Music in the hall is great. Also, when one of us got ill, the prolonged the room for a few hours for free.
