The staff at the Hotel ROC Illetas & SPA were incredibly helpful, especially receptionist Ming who provided great travel advice and could speak Mandarin. The hotel offers good service, friendly staff (Read More), spectacular views, a nice buffet breakfast, and is conveniently located close to the beach. However, some guests did not like the bathroom design in their room and experienced issues with a non-functioning fridge. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful experience with a spacious outdoor area, a restaurant and bar by the pool, and easy access to the beach.

Very nice and comfortable but bit lonely

Lovely view. Breakfast ok - not so friendly here. Great room with sea view and coffee machine, robes etc. Bathroom needs updating. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed no proper bar area with comfy sofas - was more of a cafe. Loved the outdoor space. Got lost getting off the bus as the driver was unhelpful!

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely, well located hotel.

Excellent location with very good facilities. We had a spacious balcony with lovely views over the Bay of Palma. The food was very good value with a huge choice.

The en-suite bathroom was very cramped. The restaurant whilst providing an extensive choice hardly offered an elegant dining experience.

Great location but choose somewhere else

The locations and views. The breakfast is excellent too

The personnel were very grumpy and noone was smiling or being particularly service minded The rooms are outdated and ours smelled strongly from moth spray

The location is great

The selection of food isnt great and general hygiene of the place needs improving. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and even that felt very dated.

Great location and views, easy access to Palma not for those who cant cope with steps

The hotel provides all that is needed for a good holiday. Great views across the bay, though you will need to go up and down some stairs to see them. Plentiful breakfast and easy access into Palma on the bus (though we got a 15 taxi back as a more comfortable way to travel. )

While the outside space is okay for now, some significant investment is going to be needed soon to replace all the paving, steps and railings etc as they are showing signs of age. Not an easy task with the hotel being on multiple levels on a cliff front. The steps keep you fit but not suitable for some people. When we turned down the offer of help with our cases we didnt realise quite how many flights we had to carry them. ;-}

Good hotel and we will stay again.

Excellent breakfast buffet offering everything anyone could want. The staff were lovely. The pools and sea great. Our room was fine for the length of stay (5 days) but we will probably go full sea-view suite next time. We will stay again - lovely spot yet convenient for Palma. Several good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Our room was a little dated but we understand it will be refurbished during the 'close' season.
