Nice hotel in good quiet area

> Rooms were clean and mattresses firm > Views out to sea were good from the balcony > Breakfast food selection was good > Staff were very helpful > Bus stop for buses direct to Palma in front of property

> Lack of quality restaurants on-site for lunch > Basic Spa facilities - these could be significantly improved

Relaxing environment

The staff was amazing and helpful, speaking several languages, and make ourselves at home. Food was delicious, with a lot of varieties every day at dinner, being Booking guests the second morning we were offered a special breakfast at the bar near the swimming pool. A special thanks to Rosana assisting us all the time. The bus stop is in front of the hotel

Superb

Loved the amazing view in the lobby. The reception staff was great also, they provided us with a conveniency room as we arrived early for our check in. the concierge was very nice and gave us her Whatsapp number if we had any requests. We had a car and receptionsts told us about a free car park not far from hotel. all in all it was a great stay and highly recommended. we will definitely go back.

Loved the hotel , the view was just wow Cleaning staff fantastic

Some restaurant and bar staff were a little rude...one of the men who were front of house in restaurant not very pleasant either. Didn't like that I walked into my bathroom as soon as I opened room door, this design made me very uncomfortable

Amazing hotel. Great pool area, wonderful food, lovely gym.

Children in the indoor pool but otherwise everything was absolutely great.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff, views and facilities.

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to do anything they could for you. The breakfast was amazing, everything you can think of. The rooms were lovely and the outdoor area was so clean and had amazing views.

Theresa's nothing to not like.
