Its always a pleasure to stay in Istanbul, and will continue to visit.

The location was brilliant, very close to restaurants, historic sights and means of travel. Staff were helpful, ladies that served breakfast were friendly and helpful. The views of the Sea and Asian side were spectacular from the roof terrace.

There were a few things that let this property down and that was house keeping. We originally booked the twin room in the basement because that was the only availability at the time. When we arrived, we did not like the room. You would have had to climb over the bed to put your clothes in the wardrobe which was only a single, so for 2 people, this was small. You could not use the fridge because the door was wedged up against the bed. There was a terrace, but the key was missing, and this made us feel a little unsafe about our belongings. We asked to change to the double bedded room which was also in the basement. This room was better. Unfortunately the toilet seat was damaged but they did fix it when asked. The sheets and towels had stains on them. One of the sheets had an hole in it. Cleanliness was NOT a great feature, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned but it was only done superficially . The bed was worn and the furniture was outdated. We was kept awake by a sensor light that went off and on all day and night but it made a noise, so that could be be heard. If you have mobility issues, then I would not recommend this hotel as the breakfast room is on the terrace. There is no lift. If house keeping was to be improved then this would be an even greater place to stay. I would have preferred to have seen a little more fresh fruit and individual pot yogurts.

Perfect hotel to see Istanbul

The hotel has a strategic position, just 5 min walk for seeing Santa Sofia and Bleu Mosque. Moreover hotel has a so beautiful view from its terrace... The staff is very kind and helpful for any needs. I suggest this hotel if you want to see Istanbul and have a good quality/price!!

Very Good Hotel for the Price

Front desk staff were very helpful as well as our host went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The room did not match the pictures and I would honestly leave a bad review for this place but the reception staff made up for it and made us comfortable. Location is very approachable for tourists visiting Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive, very boring and mostly salad items and more variety of continental dishes would have been ideal, such as toast, scrambled/fried eggs or menemen to suit more international tastes. But the cake at breakfast was lovely. The seating area for breakfast was a little small, but it's ideal for the summer months due to outdoor seating. Also the basement room was very hot but the front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Easily one of the best and most hospitable places Ive stayed in my travels. Would certainly stay again next time.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and also a very short tram ride away from Grand Bazaar. Zahid was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay from being available online to answer our queries before our trip to booking our tours and taxis. The room was spacious with an amazing seaview and the food had a great variety of traditional dishes one can enjoy in their terrace.

No lift and the stairs were a bit narrow but still good!

Great location for your Istanbul visit

Amazing location, at 5 minutes from the Sultanahmet square. All the attractions are at walkable distance. In the imediate proximity, a lot of restaurants and shops. The great asset of this hotel is the most friendly staff, they went above and beyond to help us.
