The hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff are friendly, the room looked tidy and had all the proportions of a two star hotel. I recommend this hotel because all the important things for a tourist are nearby, so you don't need to use public transport. I like simple breakfasts. I think there was enough and good quality. You have fresh water, coffee and tea 24/7. I would come back here again.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, I enjoyed the breakfast, the room was simple but clean, you get what you see in the photos

The room felt a little bit like a dorm room and having the elevator just next to your door isn't ideal

Good stay at a great location.

To be fair the room was just like what you'd expect from seeing the photos. It's quite basic and kind of like a dormitory. It's clean and spacious enough for 2 large luggages. Staff was great, welcoming and very helpful. Location is key, it's just a short walk to the train station, and walkable distance to the main sightseeing locations of Zurich.

I'd wish that the room setting could have been a bit more cosier. Would've been great too to have had a kettle or fridge in the room. The room I stayed was on a lower floor and there was a little noise from the streets. Not intrusive or anything but just worth a mention. Breakfast was okay. Guess price is fair for Zurich but would've just loved a little bit more for travel.

room assigned was next to a busy street. but they provided ear plugs and it worked well. it would still be nice to be assigned to a quieter room.

Location is great, is quiet and lovely. Staff is very friendly and the views are beautiful.

Location is very near Zurich HB and 20 min by walking to Opera house, and Christmas market during winter season. Window in room is big witch offers you a beautiful view. Design is simple but looks cute. I really liked that there was a luggage storage which you can deposit it before your check in time.
