- No restaurant. - Glass doors on the bathroom. - Mattresses are hard for my taste. - The PIN code/card system for the doors and garage does not work well. - You pay extra to use the hotel garage.

Best value for money

Clean, spacious, modern, free coffee machine downstairs and most important of all for us : smokers friendly.as we are allowed to smoke on the room balcony, which is fantastic. There's a bus station 3 mins away and a tram station 5 mins away, both connected to the main station or the city centre

Vacuuming pet hairs at 23:00 pm after late dinner

Stuff was really helpful talking both in German and English, location of hotel is really good, view and balcony are very nice too regarding how big the room was. Garage is also nice to have ( even it's not free and it cost 20 CHF per day ) since it was raining heavily when we came and we had a lot of stuff to bring up. Free bar in the room was a nice touch ( Regular water, sparkling water and few beers ). Caffe machine in the room with free Nespresso tablets.

Shower without door, beds could be better, key card didnt work only normal key that you have to share between persons. Last but not least a big cleaning mistake! Everything was full of pet hairs!! ( bathroom, main room ) and floor were full of stains! So we told the stuff to clean it but since I locked the door with "normal key" by mistake so the stuff couldn't clean the room and we had to had to vacuum the property by ourselves, when we came back late from dinner. Nice lady that worked at reception refunded me 20 CHF for garage expense but still I would prefer to have a clean room than so have a free garage space.

A dirty stay which I wouldnt recommend

The price was okay and the staff was nice. Room was spacious.

The room was not cleaned when we entered the room. The toilet was very very dirty. There were yellow stains in the toilet and it was disgusting. There was also a dirty wine glass in the room. On top of that, dust was visible everywhere. Bed pillows were very very uncomfortable. I slept with couch pillow. Overall, we felt very uncomfortable there. Im glad our stay is over.

excellent accommodations for single business travellers, Felix at the reception was exceptionally helpful - a champion of customer service; I enjoyed the breakfast - especially the crisp and freshly baked bread - and having free coffee and tea service around the clock is an added bonus;

nothing to not like - if you have loud neighbours the hotel cant be blamed
