Very Comfortable, Modern Rooms.

Liked the rooms.

Wish the pool area was better, and bigger, plus more activities for teen by pool. Corn Hole, Jenga etc. And would have liked a hot tub.

Apart from Haitian guy at the front desk One of lady to whom I asked for late check out She didnt extend our key knob so we couldnt enter our room And during rhe check out I guess the mentor at front desk who gave training to one of his teammate didnt check out our ratings and charged me +$600 boomer so just check your invoice before pay

A NIce Stop Before Our Holland America Cruise

The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The Beekman bath products were excellent. It was nice to have a bottle of water every day. The open-air restaurant on the first floor for lunch on Friday was beautiful, but the service was very slow as folks who arrived after us got their food way before we did even though we ordered the meatball sandwich that came highly recommended and was one of the chef's signature dishes.

The menu at the hotel restaurant was very limited. When we arrived late on a Thursday, only the bar near the pool was open for food as there was a private function at the restaurant in the lobby. It would have been nice if the food for purchase adjacent to the main desk had included yogurt as that is an easy, high protein breakfast or snack. Maybe also add some other snacks or simple items. Since we checked out on Saturday morning, your policy should be to only charge for one resort fee as the beach chairs and towels were not available when we checked in on Thursday as they close at 5:00 PM. So, only on Friday were we able to take advantage of the beach. It did not cut it with us that the $43 on Thursday paid for one free drink for each of us and one bottle of water each on Thursday and Friday. That free vodka drink was not good!
