A hospitality gem in Ybor City - Tampa, FL

Location, experience, finishings, the story of the hotel name, the bartender Michael and his collection of drinks he has to offer. I could even speak German to manager Steffen at the hotel.

Super location in architecturally interesting former cigar factory with outstanding guest services in a quiet section of lively Ybor City.

Parking 3 minutes down the block was 9$ a day, vice the 35$ the hotel charges.

Very good hotel

Overnight parking fees are overpriced. I suspect car was left outside overnight as the lone guy at 7am had to walk more than a block away (not to the inside garage) and the car had morning dew. For $35 expected better.

Wouldn't recommend, I didn't get my money' worth

I didn't like that my room was small (King balcony) for the money I paid, the balcony view was an abandoned building across from it. The bathroom door frame is very rusty and the lighting is horrible. The night before we asked about leaving an hour later, we were told no by one person and another one said call in the morning. Well some of our party were told yes, and some was told no...so disappointed.

Hotel was nice enough.

Room service didnt have anything veg. There should be free water in the lobby and in rooms. Had to ask for a robe. Staff was fine but no one went out of their way or seemed to know me after two days of going in and out.

We love it here and will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable beds, the staff is very professional and polite. The valets and front desk staff are amazing. Great room and balcony right on 7th Ave in Ybor City...it's like a mini New Orleans experience.
